Cleaning out my garage

I'm cleaning out my garage today.  It had gotten out of hand.  Stuff piles up everywhere.  I was just thinking of what it would take to put my house on the market.  All of the things I would ask the home owner to do if it was this house I was listing.

I sure do appreciate all of the things I ask of my clients.  But, doing a thorough job of cleaning and declutter sure does pay off in the end. 

And that's all of the stuff needing to be done before you even get to staging the home!!  I wonder how houses that a stager gets to are acutally ready for staging???

Brian,

I don't want my wife to see this blog about cleaning out the garage.

One of my best clients did such a great job of cleaning prior to putting her house on the market.  She even had an inspection done, and made major repairs up front.  We had it under contract in nine days.
