I've had a crazy idea for some time now that there are a lot of investment dollars in Southern California that should be going into Las Vegas real estate... that most people just don't know where to start when it comes to an out-of-state investment. I'm trying to put a knowledgeable, user-friendly local face on that proposition and I have a great team in Las Vegas who are ready to help out when I can't be there mysef.
I've been investing in Las Vegas for six years now and currently own four houses there (see http://www.vrbo.com/70563.) Though I have have some well developed opinions about where the best investments are (can you say 'old' Las Vegas Right next to Las Vegas Blvd.,) I'm very familiar with all the condos from Downtown to the Strip and all of the major major subdivisions from Summerlin to MacDonald Ranch & Lake Las Vegas. I'm also a member of the GLVAR and have access to all the listings in Southern Nevada, including Mesquite, Mt. Charleston, Boulder City and Laughlin.
I know how hard everyone works to cultivate their professional relationships and I'll gladly come to your office anywhere in SoCal to discuss the opportunities available with you or your clients. My brokerage in Nevada also handles commercial properties. I view the fact that the Las Vegas real estate market has completely tanked right now as a positive for investors and look forward to paying out lots of money for referrals over the next few years.
