I am a newbie and need some advise. An agent contacted me becuase she wants to start working with a stager. I want to bring some marketing materials to the table of how to handle discounts. Like Real estate Agent packages. HELP!

I have found the best tool to be a professional brochure about why to stage and the value it brings when putting your home on the market. My partner Realtors carry that with their listing package along with a 10% off Intial consultation coupon I print for them.
