Another great example of what can happen with a simple consultation and the homeowners taking my recommendations.
The homeowners only did about 70% of what I recommended. But still at only 70%...I think they did a great job.

Thanks all for your comments...Yes Diana, I have been able to team up with a great photographer. I always tell her she really makes me look good! Debra, the 30% they left were not in these two rooms. It was mostly some minor repairs and updates. Although I would have love to see more removed from their bedrooms. But they did a really good job and it opened up this small home a lot.
