Some sentiments may express that the client/realtor relationship is getting less and less personal with the coolness of ever-expanding real estate technology however; I feel there's opportunity for realtors to become more personal, quicker, through visual tools like skype and youtube that can connect realtors face to face with potential clients by using advanced technology.

With the ability to connect face to face with new potential clients through skype or, an email or a voice message inviting a client to a youtube post, a realtor has the opportunity to personally introduce themselves and then, invite the buyer/seller into their office for a real estate consultation.  Using a warm, "once removed" tool to get the first personal "face touch", can make a new real estate client feel more comfortable because they have the ability to see the realtor and hear the realtor before they actually meet .  If a realtor can make a client feel comfortable through social media outlets, real estate clients will oblige the realtor with a personal, face to face meeting  - in fact, they'll love the opportunity to see and work with "the real you"!  Follow up correspondence then becomes easy and comfortable for all parties.  At Realty Executives of Kansas City, our realtors are embracing the technology and social media tools that have great potential to bring them more real estate business.  Social media tools combined with realtor training and coaching are bringing our realtors additional real estate business which transfers into additional real estate salary.
