Learn How the Government's $8000 Tax Credit Helps

 The Ozark Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring three seminars to assist first-time home buyers (anyone who hasn't owned a home in the last 3 years) take advantage of the new tax credit program that expires November 30, 2009.  Attendees will learn about the home buying process from beginning to end, financing options, how to take advantage of the free tax credit and what is involved between finding the perfect home and moving in.  The seminars will be held at OTC's Richwood Valley Campus on Hwy 14 between Ozark and Nixa.  This no cost event will be held on three dates:

Saturday, July 11^th from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Thursday, August 6^th from 7 to
