Builder Turns Down Single Mom's Loan - We Got Her Approved At 2% Lower Than The Builder's Lender Turned Her Down At!!!
Our client was a single mom with 3 kids. She'd really been run through the ringer by an ex husband who left her high and dry with damaged credit. She had $15,000 in collections, $8 thousand in old judgments. Anyways, the builder's lender treated her terribly, wouldn't return her calls, and ultimately turned down her loan.
After researching 9 lenders and we got her loan approved at 2% lower than the builder's lender turned her down at!!!
