Pooh, the Dinosaur, the Garden and the Watermelon

Sharon, I LOVED these sellers and their kids.  It's these type of people that I will go above and beyond what they pay for  to help them achieve "get it sold".  Thank you for commenting. 

Thanks Liz, the house was spotless before I arrived and they listened happily.  Not that's a nice switch isn't it. 

Lori Kim, I don't think that this mom got a lot of sleep anyway with 6 kids from 2 months to 12 years.  Each room, including the master, suited the personalities of the dwellers but they knew that it just wouldn't work for others. The only bedroom that I didn't "touch" was the office because it was dad's office and his place of refuge from the kids. (drum set)

Cathy, thanks for the compliments.  IF clients are willing to listen and implement there certainly is a lot of POWER in what we love to do. 

Thanks Sheila.  For this particular instance I didn't need much persuasion.  These folks were "on board" almost before I walked in the door.  That doesn't happen often so they were a breath of fresh air. 

Kathy, I was surprised that someone in a short sale situation was willing to make any changes.  That doesn't happen often around here, but when it does it works!  Thanks for commenting.

Cathy, these sellers also took decluttering ALMOST to an extreme.  I had to "lend" them some accessories to add personality but not in the bedrooms.  Usually I don't leave my things in homes with children but these kids were so well disciplined that I just wasn't worried.  Thanks for commenting.

Janice the clouds were the only painted objects and since they still had left-over paint from their original work it was as easy as it could be.  Thanks for commenting. 

Thanks Melissa.  Since except for the clouds, in the kids rooms these were stickers they can use them again in their next home in Idaho.  I imagine that the "watermelon room" will reappear there also.  They loved their home and everyone should when it's for dwelling. 

Cheryl, the even more surprising thing was that this house was a short sale, yet the seller's were willing to make the changes.  Smart people with great kids!  Thanks for stopping and commenting.
