The average sales price of a home in Long Hill Township decreased 11.5% from the first half of 2008 to the first half of 2009. There has also been a drastic drop in sales from last year to this year.
It still remains a great time to buy a home with the decrease in sales price and the interest rates remaining well under the 7% mark.
If you are a seller be sure your price reflects the current market conditions and not last year's. This will make the difference between your home being marked "SOLD" instead of "EXPIRED!"
