SUMMARY
The current inventory level for South Riding was decreased by 8 to 29 active listings, this is a 21% decrease. With 4 new listings , and 9 homes which went under contract contributing to the decrease in inventory, there must have been a few additional properties to come off the market in the past week. The 9 homes receiving a contracts last week did so with an average49 days on the market while the 10 homes sold and went to record last week did so with an Average DOMP of 42 days an netted an average of 101.8%, where town homes listed under $350,000 seem to be commanding close to or more than 100% of the listing price and are not staying on the market for on average for a long period of time.
