Mortgage and Lending with Saprinc Corp

I know by now people are probably bored with my winning and constant opinions and discussion about my life.  So starting next week I am going to make it my business start bogging on more interesting subject.  Being that I am a loan officer I will also do some in-depth research in different programs from time to time and give some honest to goodness information and feedbacks.

If you know a subject you would like to learn more about just put it here and I will get the 411 for you.

Hi Caryll, I'd much rather hear about your winning and constant opinions and discussions about your life rather than mortgage programs. Any super talented real estate agent knows that mortgage programs are your profession. We just know that we need to refer our clients to someone talented and let them guide the client with programs! Now, lets hear some dirt!

Hi Caryll,

I just happened across this blog and thought I would read ALL your blogs. I didn't find any complaints, just interesting blogs. Your mom definitely needs a new Realtor...Don't change your style...you can always throw in some mortgage stuff, but Don't change your style, its you!

I have a question, tho. Say you had a buyer, low income but not bad credit, barely any down payment..What programs would you suggest. (he wants a multifamily for him and his sister, no rental income involved)
