Westtown Township sewer expansion revised

After meeting with the Department of Environmental Protection, Westtown Township must revise sewer plans for the eastern portion of the township. The Department of Environmental Protection advised the township to increase sewage capacity to comply with state pollution-control standards. Upgrading the facility could cost $10 a gallon or $10 million.
