Just to let everyone know, I have 1099 income deals that my interest you as well as your buyers. As you may know, most 1099 borrowers must submit tax returns in order to qualify for a mortgage. Well that has changes with the new product I have available. With this mortgage I can use your 1099 income to qualify, with no tax returns. This is perfect for commissioned applicants. Rates are good (usually in the 5 1/2% range)
