The market in Arrowhead Lakes is once again starting to pick up steam. As of this writing there are 106 Active listings, 32 Closed for the year 2009 and 12 more pending or 'under contract for sale'. The pendings are a clear sign that the 'buyers' are starting to 'buy' in this 'buyers market'. For all of the fear that the cable news world puts out there the numbers stand for themselves. The true "Buyers" realize that now is the time for a deal and are taking advantage at still ever low mortgage interest rates as well as discounts on homes and are taking thier piece of Pocono Pleasure by the horns!
Personally I can feel the momentum getting bigger than previous years. Used to be a wave of momentum that starts to build can carry you through three or four months with business but this wave of momentum that is building now is one like I have never experienced before. A wave that should last a long, long time!
