Bibbity Boppity Boo?
It only takes a few realtors who feel this way about you before your business explodes! We frequently get asked why we do so much business in the Corvallis Oregon area which is 35-45 minutes from our home town. I think it's primarily because we have Corvallis real estate agents that are not only sold on staging, but are bold about educating their sellers and fellow agents how vital it is -- especially in this market!
Yes - the transformation is magical when a vacant home is staged!
I can not express how incredible professional Staging and Photography are to a listing. Words do no justice. Let's just start by thanking Tim Downin (yes, my wonderful and talented husband) with Miraculous Memories Photography for taking the time to not only photograph this property once, but 3 times, and Margaret Oscilia from Creative Concepts and Contracting for her amazing magical abilities in Home Staging. The way I like to put it is that she "Bibbity Boppity Boos" her way in and out of a house like the fairy godmother of real estate, making an ordinary home look extraordinary with her MAD SKILLS!!!
Ok, so no more talking... here is the proof.... Room by room, before and after...
No before shot fromthis angle, but as you can see.... just amazing!!
Staging really adds value to your listing, it gives vision to vacant walls and rooms, opens your mind to color and furniture space and helps a house feel more like a home. If your pictures don't accurately transmit this message, the house wont even be shown, so be sure to display your investment in the best light. The original pictures were taken on a cloudy day, the lights in the home are not very bright so the exposure was not the true color. Get with your photographer and PLAN the day, look at the weather forecast and if you cant find a good day, BRING EXTRA LIGHTS!!! What a great way to show this property. i am so proud! Thanks Tim and Margaret!!
