Are we seeing better days?

As recent as six months ago large and small real estate companies were closing their doors. Agents were getting out of the business left and right. Now that the fog has cleared up are there better days ahead for the true and faithful realtors?

I can state that: if you have seven digit figures tucked away in your rainy day fund better days are ahead for the true and faithful Realtors. Anything less and I would still have some concerns.  That is just my opinion.

I too believe that it will get worse before it gets better but it will get better one day. Just hang in there:)
