Stratford Model Condo: Staged & Stunning!

Charlie - thanks for your comment and I hope the pictures help your clients see how furniture in a small space can really help define areas and function. The condo was just over 500 sq feet but it felt so much bigger when we finished!

Yes, the red "pops" of colour really added the *wow* factor! They were the perfect colour choice with the exposed brick walls in the condo. We were a little trepidatious of the brick walls but once we started furnishing and layering accessories we were convinced of their architectural impact in the space. It also helped that we didn't end up actually hanging anything on those walls - the builder specifically requested that we didn't and we were worried of things falling even with all the great suggestions everyone made.

We've just gotten calls from two other realtors in the area who saw the condo and have condo listings which aren't moving so tomorrow and Thursday we're back to Stratford to work our magic again!

Thanks! I took a look at your small but perfectly staged bungalow - you did a great job! I have to say that I *love* the desk behind the sofa - I love it for the practicality and functionality however the smooth lines and yummy padded bench make it a place I know I would enjoy if I lived there!

The description of what we wanted to do with the kitchen is what sold the builder on working with us. They had had other stagers in to look at the space however we were the only ones to address all the "lost" space in the kitchen area. I'm glad you liked what we did - we thought the furniture was perfectly scaled to the space and a great contrast to the white cupboards!
