This is not a pyramid but a way for our agents to get reworded for helping us build the company. In Exit agents and brokers are working together and we all have a vested interest in the company. Until now there were two types of real estate companies. Type one-the brokers are making the most amount of money and type two- the agents were making the most amount of money. For the first time ever in the real estate industry agents and broker are working towards one goal-to help each other grow their business. Exit agents get all the training and support that they need to build their business and sell real estate and the residual income is just a bonus for being part of our company. They are not forced to get agents on board but they are so happy with the company that they tell everyone they know about it. In return the residual income is just a way to thank them. Thanking people is not a scheme. It is sad that most agents are only as good as their last transaction. The same minute they stop selling they stop making money.
