C. Take calls from buyers
1) Complete Buyer Data Sheets
2) Prescreen and qualify
3) Add to online database
D. Closing deals
1) Work with closing agents
2) Work with mortgage brokers
II. Manage Vacant Properties
A. Check on houses weekly
B. Refill flyer boxes
C. Repost signs
D. Ensure houses are still clean and secure
