Making Every Listing From MLS IDX Feed a Separate Page on Website

I am trying to figure out how to get the IDX feed from our MLS (via IDXBROKER) into our website so that a new page is created for each listing. If you look at the awesome SEO performance by www.RealEstateWebmasters.com's sites, all of them have every listing as a seperate page on the website. This obviously is seen favorably by the search engines as new and changing content. How can the feed be creating a new page on the website without having to manually enter each listing?
