I was just talking to one of our customers about using two handsets to do their prospecting. I still don't know how agents can pull that off. All that I could think of was old sitcoms, seeing someone at his desk with phones flying everywhere. I was happy that she had thanked me from saving her from that circus act. Now she is dialing three lines at once without the fear of a handset concussion.
Anyone have any good double-dialing stories?
