I just returned from the Briarbrook club pool with my family.
There is nothing like finishing with work and biking over to the local pool for a swim with the kids and some nice conversation with friends and neighbors.
We had a great time and it as so nice to see the excitement about recent changes that have taken place.
For those of you who aren't familiar with what has been going on, I'll fill you in.
Recently a members group took over management of the course and facilities.
Since then, Briarbrook membership fees were changed to $100 per month for the entire family which includes unlimited rounds of golf and pool usage.
Pool memberships with out golf are available for $150 for the family.
What a great deal!
Both the course and pool are open to the public as well.
Golf fees have been changed to $8 for 9 holes and $15 for 18 holes. The pool is $2 per person.
People were excited about the changes, the course was full and there were more people in the pool than I have ever seen.
I love selling real estate here in beautiful little Carl Junction, MO. We have a great community and the Briarbrook area is a key part of our community.
It is so nice to see the residents coming out to support the club and the club members realizing that residents would respond to affordable family activities.
