Be a Better Planet

By
Real Estate Agent with Biltmore Lifestyles Real Estate

Tis the age of global warming.  We ready every day about the concerns. Yet each time I am out and about town in my travels as a realtor I see lots of gas guzzling vehicles out there.  Here in the Phoenix area there are major concerns about air quality.  Here in the desert where people used to move to minimize health concerns like asthma. Why not join the Yahoo campaign to "Be a Better Planet".  You can learn more and log in at:  http://better.yahoo.com/planet/

As realtors and concerned citizens we can each do our part to indeed "Be a Better Planet," one community at a time.

Listening to your Needs
Sell small homes, who needs more than 3000 sq. ft., Who needs an SUV, do familys need to get their teenagers a car, cannot people shop the internet, and they can wash clothes at nite. Everyone wants to conserve but would rather have someone else do it.

I agree... My personal campaign - GET RID OF DRIVE THRUs! Get off your rear end, park, walk in (call it exercise), save fuel. Maybe we need a drive thru consumption tax.... I wonder how much fuel would be saved and emissions reduced if people shut the engine off and walked..... OK, so it probably isn't a big deal ...

It is sure a good thing that man-induced global warming is a myth based on what is commonly regarded as junk science.  The bad thing is that you are absolutely right about man-induced air pollution that makes some areas unpleasant to be in.  The good thing is that the air quality in this country is much better than it was 30 years ago.
