Since January 10th, 2009 117 homes have sold in Prairie Village, KS at $200,000 or less. A seller advantage in the under 200K range in Prairie Village at the moment, not that every house is in a bidding war or anything like that, just that demand is greater than the average supply.

The overall trend is picking up as far as sales volume compared to late 2008. Credit is getting slighly easier to obtain although it will not return, at least anytime soon, to the easy credit access of 2003-2005. Those days are long gone.
