Call Result Buttons
Your call result buttons drive sales in Mojo. Make sure you have them customized properly so that the text on the buttons reflect results that are familiar to you. Clicking the call result buttons can also create lead status change triggers. For instance, if you set an appointment, Mojo can automatically take that lead and file it in the ‘Hot Lead' folder in your system for instant visibility later.
Use the Lead store feature for dialing an entire neighborhood surrounding a listing- Search for all of the listed numbers on multiple streets in a specific area and easily import them in to one campaign so you can complete your Just Listed/Just Sold calls. The Lead Store can be purchased for a low, one-time fee and gives you access to all of the White and Yellow Pages publicly-listed phone numbers for all of the United States and Canada; both residential and business.
Center Of Influences, COI SOI
Staying in touch with your centers of influences is critical to your success. Mojo can help facilitate this process by letting you easily import them from programs like Top Producer right in to Mojo. You can swiftly call them using our single line calling mode and even drop specific pre-recorded messages when you don't get live answers.
Not Yet Interested Folder
You can add leads to this folder by clicking the callresult button that triggers the Not Yet Interested lead status change. This happens by default, so you're Not Interested button will do this by default. These leads are very important to your success because even thought they are not interested right now, they may be in the future. Plus, you know that the number is good as you were able to reach the intended target by dialing that number which is half the battle! Try it out...call the Not Yet Interested leads every 30/60/90/120 days and see how many additional listings you get!
Mojo allows you to save your different mapping settings for each lead source that you use. Go through your lead exports and decide what information is helpful in closing the deal. Then, import the file and save that mapping and name it the lead provider's name. This will save your mapping information for future use during lead importing from your various sources. This makes importing a breeze and keeps you on the phone pitching- not wasting valuable time managing leads.
Mixing Up Your Call Routine
You and every other local agent has the same expired and FSBO lead. You need to be the first to contact in order to be successful. Calling your leads more than once per day maximizes your contact ratio. Mojo makes this simple. First, resetting you're calling lists on the fly is easy to do which allows you to take a crack on those leads multiple times easy. Also, Mojo allows you to have multiple caller Id's in the system which allows you to change your caller Id on the fly which hides the fact that you have called multiple times already.
Leaving messages the old fashioned way is not efficient and it keeps you from those live answers. With Mojo's AM/LM button, we make leaving those messages a breeze! Simply click the AM/LM button when you hear an answering machine message and we drop your pre-recorded message on the answering machine while moving you to the next 3-call round- leaving powerful, response generating messages takes seconds, not minutes.
Call Hammer Feature
Are you using Red-x for your expired leads? Exporting multiple numbers for one lead is cumbersome so we have made mining the right number easy for you to do. Turn on your Call Hammer feature in user settings; this will turn on the feature. Once on, Mojo will call the three available numbers for that one lead before moving on to the next lead, weeding out the bogus numbers such as other agent's numbers.
Printing Histories and Notes
So, you've landed a listing appointment for Saturday. Great! Being prepared is key to helping land that listing and Mojo helps you do just that. Simply click on the print button located at the top of the customer record screen and Mojo will print the contacts info and all notes and histories associated with that record. Now, you have all your ammunition from previous contacts with that lead and you are prepared to discuss any prior conversations intelligently.
Multiple lead types sometimes require the use of different scripts. You can easily create dynamic scripts in the Dartboard screen of Mojo by clicking the script button. Then, simply choose the correct script for your calling session in the optional settings of the Call Wizard screen.
