Take 'him' out to the Ball Game !! ... (...his first one :o) ... time out from Real Estate is Critical !

With transactions taking longer than ever it seems, and the pressure mounting for most Realtors with their daily activities, it's more important than ever to stop and take a break once in a while, and shut off the grind in favor of a moment or two of easy breathing and fun !

 

Last weekend I did this by taking my 3-year old to his first real Baseball Game !!!!!

 

We went with my friend and his 3 yr old, and made it a "boys trip to the Ball Game" !

 

 

 

 

 

We spent the afternoon at the new Yankee stadium, and watched them beat the Blue Jays in convincing fashion, and complete a great first live day at the Ball Park !


Of course we had to indulge in the cotton candy that was for sale ...

 

... and the ice cream...

 

... and also hot dogs, which were consumed before I could get my camera out !!! lol

 

 

 

The new Yankee Stadium is very impressive, and so much fun just to walk round, with sights and memorabilia throughout the walkways.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

Only a quick trip across the George Washington Bridge from Bergen County, NJ, a Day at the Ball Game, is always a fun one for the family !!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



... and is a welcome getaway for a Realtor to switch off from 'work mode' for a few hours with some pals !

That's fantastic, Sheldon.  How fun.  No matter how busy or stressed we get, we can't forget our little ones (not matter how little they aren't anymore, in my case).  My cousin is a HUGE Yankees fan.  He and his wife went to see the old stadium before it was torn down.  I think they're planning on going back out there soon to see a game at the new stadium.  Thanks for sharing photos of your beautiful little boys.  Enjoy them!
