Steve:  What a great home, and what a lovely setting.  I am quite familiar with this area of Plano... I used to live nearby.  The lots are extra wide, the numerous trees shade the homes so nicely, and with the homes all being rear entry... the front streetscape is all the more pleasing.  Great home... it should sell soon.
