Steve H-- I used a long shutter speed and had pulled a chair to the edge of the railing to put the camera on & steady it, then had to steady my hand! Taken a lot later than it appears because the shutter was open so long that it lightened everything up. I love the fact that you can see the fishermen too!
Steve S -- I can't believe you've been to OC, MD! Are you an East Coast-er originally?
Mike -- I hear around 108 degrees near you -- no wonder you need water! :-)

Marney, I love the beach and this is a great photo! Love the placement of the lifeguard's chair in the picture, it seems to anchor the view before drawing it up to the moon. Very nice!

Great pic Marney! I think I took a picture of the moon the same night because I have one that looks really similar. (minus the water) I just haven't put it up yet. Not sure if I will or not.
