I'm having so much fun working with owner occupied homes. This homeowner said her husband didn't think they needed to hire a Home Stager. But she had done her research...and knew they needed help. I spent 9 hours working with this homeowner and I think we achieved a "show" ready home. The husband's reaction to our work...WOW, can you come and help us when we move into our new home?

Looks fantastic Donna. Did they put granite in the kitchen? Looks much better! It is nice not having to cart your inventory all over the place isn't it? Occupied homes are my favorite. Empowering homeowners to recreate their space is a great gift! Awesome job!

They are a lot harder as you have to work with what they have but I love when the homeowner sees firsthand how we can transform their home in a matter of hours. They often say..."I wished we had called you 10 years ago!"
