Are You Hitting The Bullseye?

I know today's market is not the best time to hit the bullseye. So, the best we can do is fasten our sealt belts and figure out how to make the best of it.
It is nice to hear that our office us selling regular homes and not just distressed homes. Our office is getting offers and sales although the short sales are making the most sales.
So, aiming to sell more regular homes can fall short. When the owner decides to finally spruce it up it can make the sale. It may take some added work on the realtors part but it is best for the owner and the buyer. I'm not sure why they hate to fix up a house they are trying to sell? It is almost nonsensical. In the end, when they get frustrated and finally fix the place up, it sells! Why did we have to go through all that?
