Never too busy...

Just lost a couple of friends as clients since they thought I was too busy to help them and didn't want to bother me.

Shame on me!!!!! It's a great reminder at least for myself to make sure this is not the case. Ask for the referrals and business so there is no miss understanding. Again no one to blame but myself!

Thought I would share so it doesn't happen to others.

I think that's happened to all of us. We just need to learn from our mistakes and be proactive. Gotta get our faces in front of them as often as possible may it be an email, mailer or a phone call. It's our business to do that.
