Know Your Potential Buyers When Selling Your House

Whenever I talk with someone who would like to sell their home, I think about two truths they will have to consider. First, I remind them that they must know who their competition in their particular neighborhood is. In other words, what about the house down the street or around the corner? How is it priced, does it have curb appeal, what will a potential home buyer see when they walk thru it?

Second, Sellers need to center in on why potential buyers might want to acquire their house above another one in the same neighborhood or on the same street.
