Does Your Website Really Generate Leads?

Real Estate Agent with Concierge Auctions

According to Borrell and Associates “Real Estate Outlook 2007-20012” report, online real estate advertising will outpace print newspaper advertising within the next five years. The report forecasts newspaper will receive $4.8 billion in advertising revenue in 2007, while online advertising will receive $2.6 billion. By 2012, newspapers will receive $3.3 billion compared to online advertising's $3.5 billion.

So from this report it sounds that we are moving in the right direction.  But are we accomplishing our goals?  Many of us are focused on creating leads from the online environment.  We have websites, we have blogs, we pay for banner ads, we pay for PPC.  But is it really working.  Well according to NAR it isn't.......

If you go to http://www.realtor.org/library/library/fg006 which will give statistics from NAR it will say on thing that we all know.  81% of the consumers are looking for information on the internet.

But it also says that only 23% of consumers find their agent using the internet.  It also says that 28% of Realtors have received ZERO business from the web.  Only 12% of Realtors say that they receive 25% or more of their business via the web.  So 88% of Realtors are receiving less than 25% to zero from the web.

How much are we contributing to the $2.6 billion?

I invite you to take a look at Rezora.  I am a Realtor in Aspen, CO and with my partners created Rezora to use the internet to focus on where are business really comes from - repeat and referral clients.

Rezora is a e-mail marketing and client insight solution that was built specifically for real estate.  I have been able to use it with great success to cut the amount of time that I interact with a buyer to help them narrow their search.

I am able to do this because I am able to send them more properties that they find of interest based on the feedback that Rezora gives me.

It is a solution that is simple and easy to use and at a low cost.  We are not trying to gain advertising, we are trying to get Realtors to focus is the place that is known to give us the best source of our leads, our own database.

We currently have IDX data for Chicago, mid-Florida, Metrolist, IRES, Aspen, and Telluride.  We are opening up markets and would enjoy you taking our free 60 day trial.

If we don't have your market just e-mail me at mike@rezora.com and we will work with you to add it.

Like I said - Free 60 day trial at www.rezora.com
