IS IT RIGHT FOR "THE PUBLIC" TO DECIDE IF YOU CAN SELL

YOUR LAND?  iS IT RIGHT THAT SOME FOLKS THAT LIVE in town ON A TINY CITY LOT CAN DECIDE (PLANNING COMMITTEE) THAT YOU CAN NOT SUBDIVIDE YOUR 10 ACRES--

BECAUSE-

they want less homes per acre than the state allows? They want to see MOe country left country.

  Problem

they do not own the land they so want to control.

I have always believed that the state sets subdivision laws to protect the public to ensure sanitary and safe lots.

But just because they do not want to see that pasture subdivided is not THEIR right.  Buy the land if you want to

control it.
