How about keeping up with who's on LinkedIn?  As you send and receive an email Xobni automatically pulls the sender'semployer, job title, and photo into their Xobni profile. Giving you a direct link to their complete LinkedIn profile.  All this without leaving Outlook. How cool is that?

HI Troy, me too - I have a tree file that looks beautiful!  BUT this tool does more than organize outlook - especially if you want to stay up with your clients on Facebook or LinkedIn.  Wish they had Twitter integrated too.  Maybe they will!

I never started using Outlook because right out of the box it had virus problems. So I've been using my good ol' Excel spreadsheet all these years.

Russel - I don't know how you do it!  You must be a whiz on excel!  I'd be sunk!!

Jason - after getting so excited about this cool little app I did some searching and found that it's been out for a while (at least from the beginning of the year).  Some people complained that it froze their system - so I'm going to assume it won't be good for folks with older less beefy systems.  But so far so good for me -  I've been quite impressed with the info I'm reviewing on clients I email regularly.
