HI Troy, me too - I have a tree file that looks beautiful!  BUT this tool does more than organize outlook - especially if you want to stay up with your clients on Facebook or LinkedIn.  Wish they had Twitter integrated too.  Maybe they will!

I never started using Outlook because right out of the box it had virus problems. So I've been using my good ol' Excel spreadsheet all these years.

Russel - I don't know how you do it!  You must be a whiz on excel!  I'd be sunk!!

Jason - after getting so excited about this cool little app I did some searching and found that it's been out for a while (at least from the beginning of the year).  Some people complained that it froze their system - so I'm going to assume it won't be good for folks with older less beefy systems.  But so far so good for me -  I've been quite impressed with the info I'm reviewing on clients I email regularly.

Just saw this post and wanted to say I have been using Xobni and LOVE it!!  It is a great tool and even better since it is FREE!!  This is great for social media as well as getting a log of all the emails that have gone back and forth with each contact including all of the attachments!!  THIS IS A MUST FOR OUTLOOK USERS!
