Okay, all my friends that have made fun of me for loving my Apple computer... My MacBookPro just went out of EXTENDED warranty Friday and my display screen died on Monday. My ENGLISH SPEAKING customer service rep gave me an extension on my warranty with no problem and put me on hold to personally call the shop I have my computer at to make sure they would take care of me. Try and get that kind of service on a PC!!
Oh yeah, they also wanted to make sure I knew my free repair would be covered for 90 days and then asked "is there anything else I can do for you today?". Customer service is alive and well at Apple.
