Fantastic before and afters! I do with the kitchen shot was able to encompass the dining room also, but overall the difference is certainly dramatic!

Marina, the before picture looks like a home from the 70's. I would have never guessed it could be that beautiful. Your after picture looks like it was built yesterday. Had I been searching for a home online, I would have breezed right through this listing with the before pictures. You did a great job.

Although more agents have me as part of their presentation package there is still resistance. Some seem to include it only in their premium package and not when the seller chooses to pay a lower commission rate. It's too bad because a consultation can make all the difference.
