I get so excited when I can give my buyers money back when they allow me to help them achieve their dream!

I sold a client a piece of property-the first and only one they looked at. They did the work- so I shared my commission with them! I gave them 1/2 of 1% of the selling price back on Visa Gift card to use same as cash. They were so excited to find a $195.00 card with their closing papers!!! Boy does this make you feel good!! And what a referral tool !!!

Pam - I like that idea, and could even consider giving back amounts based on how much the buyer or seller did on their own. Hmmmm.... something for me to ponder for sure.

Troy,

Our bonus IS based on how much work the buyer does. If they are driving around themselves and just come to me to point out the lot or home they want , they have saved me time and gas-why SHOULD I get full commission? What an incentive to buy from ME! In times like this we must offer incentives- cash back- not trips or DVD's or that stuff.Put money in their pocket.
