Part I: HOLY COW!!! Six Days on Active Rain, SEVERAL Page 1 Search placements

Well now I guess I'm at 10 or 11 days, and I just got my first phone call that I can directly attribute to Active Rain. Somebody searched on "Temecula Wholesale Property" and guess who is at number 2? Who knew? I would never have thought of that word combination... I've been focusing on phrases like Temecula Mortgage and Temecula Real Estate, or even just Temecula... You See? I can't stop myself...

Anyways, net result is a probable listing for one of my referral partner realtors and a purchase mortgage for me.

That's a good thing!
