My buyers informed me that for some financial reasons they needed to buy a house That Weekend. Wow, can you imagine that?!!! I wonder how many times in my real estate carrier I am going to hear "Mana, we need to buy a home this weekend"? We spent the whole Friday afternoon looking at homes and by the end of the day we had found a house that they both fell in love with. We wrote an offer on Saturday and today, Monday, we opened escrow. This must be a dream some one please pinch me. We work so hard all year long and we have clients that choose to turn their back on us half way through the process and we have deals that go sour, but I guess every now and then the real estate gods look down on us and say among themselves "I think this one needs a break."
