Even though the market is considerably down.....homes are still selling on the North Shore!  There are many amazing deals and SMART BUYERS ARE COMING OUT NOW!!  Considering the entire U.S. is full of foreclosures and short sales we've had our share too....but Sellers in this area do understand the market and are pricing their homes accordingly.  If you home has been sitting on the market and there are NO showings...it's the price!!  If you home is sitting on the market and you're getting lots of showings and no contracts....it's the price!  Everyone coming out wants a bargain...so know your market statistics and educate your sellers and buyers!
