My son has a home on a canal in Harrison Township that is going to sheriff sale. it is a great house. Anyway you can do a short sale for him. The loan was with Courntywide and I think Bank of America bought their notes. Supposedly he only has till Dec. 6th. Do you work in Harrison Township? I am a REMAX realtor in North Carolina. Not looking for a referral fee. Just looking for you to see if you could help. I am a CDPE myself and do lots of shorts sales in my state. I would take his house on in a minute. I just dont know your market but I would think a waterfront home that looks at Lake St. Clair from the front and sits on a canal on the back might sell. Dated.. but great Ranch.
