Lakefront Home Loves Color!

By
Home Stager with Carolina Spaces, LLC

This Lake Norman beauty has been on the market vacant for 4 months.  It's gotten several showings, but brought yawns from the buyers.  I sparked it up with color today.  I hope it causes jaws to drop in a good way!

I used the same formula that brought a quick sale to the last house that was adorned with these furnishings.

It was such a pleasure staging this incredible piece of property.  Oh, how blessed I am to do what I love and get paid doing it :)

Lovely staging Joan! As a Realtor AND homestager myself, I can say for sure, STAGING WORKS!

It won't be long before the home is sold.

So much more inviting.  Like the view, also.  What is it selling for?

With windows and a view like that I'm a fan of inviting the outdoors in and using greens.  And you've done that so well with the rug and adding a vibrant splash of color for warmth.  I really like it.

What a piece of art in it's self!  Just beautiful. Not over done. Just nicely complements the room ...and doesn't distract from the view.
