PRICES DIFFER SO MUCH ACROSS THE COUNTRY! i was visiting with a client that called in today -- said he was in BC but really from Indiana and we struck up a nice conversation. He proceeded to tell me what he was hoping to find -- acreage with water-- nive home-- newer-- flat with a timbered hill at the back. So when we started talking about price he stopped me and said.

$350,000--- WOW hold on-- we have a problem --that woul dcost more - far more here in Little old Montana.
Ho wcan that be?/ What happened?
Fortunately-- he said he knew area makes a big difference-- because I did not think that I could help him in that low price range for those amenities!
