MOJO can be used for all types of Real Estate Calls. Most agents use it to call their Expireds but its value doesn't stop there! You can use it to call on your FSBO's, Withdrawn, Just Listed, Just Sold, And COI/SOI. Any time that you need to make more than one call at one time, put a little "MOJO" into it! When calling your COI/SOI, instead of calling 10 a day why not finish them in an hour or two? and you can use the answering machine recording feature to leave a personalized message. When calling Just Listed, Just Sold, you can use our Lead Store add-on feature to load in surrounding streets to "spread the word" in that area. And once again, you can use the answering machine recording feature to leave a specific message for that call campaign.
