Today is July 22, 2009. It is hot weather here in the Phoenix area. Probably close to 109 degrees today. The upside is that the pools are like bathwater to swim in. No shock to the system and of course in these modern times we are blessed with air conditioning. This is still considered our Monsoon season where we get the occasional rain in the late afternoon or evenings.
On the housing front, about sixty percent of the sales are Foreclosures or Short Sales and there are bidding wars on these for over the listing price.
School starts as soon as August 17th for some districts around the Valley so mentally prepare for your driving with extra caution.
