Money Magazine has just released their much anticipated annual rankings of the best places to live in the U.S., which appears in the August issue. This year's list focused on the best small towns, and highlighted none other than our town of Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
Buffalo Grove is one of the nation's "best places to live" , actually the town is ranked as number 65 out of 100. The selection iof Buffalo Grove was based on great schools, affordable homes, low crime and family appeal.
Buffalo Grove, 35 miles northwest of Chicago, won its ranking for its "quiet, tree-lined community" feel despite having grown to a population of 43,100, its yearly fine-art festival, its 400 acres of parks, bike routes and Buffalo Grove Days are all reasons the town was chosen as a winner!
Congratulations Buffalo Grove... We are very proud of our town!
