We just a quick look at the Real Estate market across the great state of Montana! The spring started up with a bit activity as the snow melted. That being said -- it seems to be not in full Summer force YET!
I do actually feel a bit sorry for folks trying to make that decision : is it time to buy? Or the ones who want to purchase NOW H
HOWEVER --- Their home has not yet sold in other areas of the country.
SO the weather is perfect and the property is priced GREAT-- let the buying begin!!!!!!!
