Pine Hill Subdivision or more formally called Pine Hill Estates is a mid range priced subdivision in Newbern,Tn only about 8 miles northeast of Dyersburg Tennessee.
This is a beautiful fairly new subdivision where house values range from $100,000 up to $165,000.
